In Melbourne we have our own distribution network not just for our own very special Flinders Island produce, but also products from other high quality, likeminded producers from around Australia.
We supply directly to restaurants and butchers, with our own staff and delivery vehicles on the ground.
We have our own state of the art portion cutting and dry ageing facility. From wagyu burgers, to traditional greek cevapcici, to perfectly trimmed portioned steaks – we can do it.
We are lucky enough to work with some of the best producers in the world. It’s our mission to share their amazing produce, and importantly, their story with you and your customers.
